• Mettle of man doesnt actually use tokens it just takes 3 protection hits to activate it so it probably wouldnt actually be affected. Which would probably be the only thing keeping improvised tools from beeing game breaking.

• I'd change it to 120/100/80 seconds but other wise a good perk their are already killers where it's better to stay injured anyway

• i like the perk idea except for where you can repair a pallet i feel like thats unique enough to be a separate perks and the both just being a good pairing.

  As for the hex buff i don't know why they haven't done that already, i mean its like a balance scale you want have right at the beginning of the game anymore but you can pick a possibly better and much more hidden place for it.

• we already have an instant heal so i would make it so it basically just gives you 3 seconds of 150% movement speed but not give you exhaustion.
