  From Hell:

  You starting game with Tier 1 for extra movement speed.

  For each hooked Survivor you will receive new tier stack up to 3.

  Each stack is a tier of From Hell perk.

  1. Your movement speed is increase ?% (Waiting for your ideas how much we could get)
  2. Your Terror radius is decreased. Your speed is back to normal.
  3. Instant down after hitting survivor.

  Tier benefits changing so be sure when you are ready to progress.

  At Tier 3 you will have 3 min before it will go down back to Tier 2.

  I think this perks in great and good for Jack thanks for you ideas.
