True but the difference is if The Killer happens to be The Executioner, he can specifically avoid using Perks based on hooking people. So there is no wasted perks in that case. Not so for Survivors who often must equip hook based perks in order to have a chance. I know people here like to act surprised but the reality (at least on PS4) is that DS and BT are prerequisites. Even Unbreakable and Soul Guard are unfortunately very useful!

Imagine if killer perks work with the cage lol BBQ reveals auras of survivors 40m away from the hook, not the killer. So he’d cage somebody and see where all the survivors are around him as the cage/hook is far away from him.

Because you take away BT and DS for two days and killers go tunnel crazy lol. So, yes. Why do you think those perks ever became meta? Because that's how a majority of killers played. It became a necessity. ######### think my guy.
But his cages send you to the other side of the map. If he gets to you before your teammates do that’s their fault.

Can tell you’re a survivor main from this post. Mori is unbalanced for sure. But that’s one of three things the killer has that is unbalanced against countless survivor things that are unbalanced

Rarely ever run into DS on console, if I did I would pick up and drop all the way to a hook. Have only played Killer once since switching to PC due to the load times but I'm ready to do that if need be
