the difference here is, the poster is experiencing exasperation and the inability to win ANY match, at all, rather than EVERY match. There's a world of difference there.
I hate to say it, but if you're failing to win ANY match, meanwhile the people around you are doing just fine winning about 50% of them or more... Is that on the game or the player?

You gotta remember man, you aren't the sole survivor. There are 4 other people. Your build doesn't matter if you can't use your game sense or work with others. Peak MMR does get incredibly sweaty, so don't expect to win every match.

Same could be said for Overwatch. It has 4-5 minute queues that can extend to 7. You could just switch to another role, but at the end of the day you want to play the role with the longer queue time.
It also still sucks to wait for a match, go through the match making, loading the players, entering said match and loading the map for it to disconnect you. You've just wasted about 3 minutes in the lobby, as well as the 4-5 you were match making for. This can add up if you get it several times in a row.
PTB would benefit from it greatly in fact, as it's the PTB, Public 'Test' Build. More matches being played = more feedback for the devs. I think my only worry with a priority re-queue would be it breaking match making... Again.
