  • Less terrible than the current new HUD, still worse than the old HUD. The old horizontal layout of survivor icons was perfect. Stacking them vertically gets in the way. The only explanation we've heard for this bizarre change was it's supposedly necessary to make names readable on a couple specific platforms at low resolutions... But guess what?

    About.

    The.

    Names.

    Player names have no effect on game play. I honestly don't care if I can even see them during the match. You could remove them completely, and only show them during lobby/end screen... And it would have no negative effect.

    Don't ######### up your entire HUD just to show names that nobody even cares about, and almost everyone can already see anyway.

  • I haven't played DBD since the new patch released, and until the HUD layout and animations are fixed, I probably won't be back.
