New undetectable status effect works as intended. Yes, it nerfs OoO. But OoO was just way too powerful against stealth killers. Specially in well coordinated SWF group, it would make killers like GF & Wraith almost unplayable and made Piggy way harder than she already is.
From what I understood you are trying to say that killer can sneak up on you and insta down you, and you don't have any chance to react. Well, you do. Instead of running OoO you can choose Spine Chill. Correct me if im wrong, but I think it works even with undetectable status effect.
TL DR: OoO is fine, undetectable is fine.
