• He's too slow also, when you base 110 you're pretty much an m1 killer. They say they slowed them down so you can use his skills more. But more likely when you're base 110. You're a m1 killer. It's not that chance that you're going to use your skills. You going to be in wanting more than anything? So yeah it's best to keep him at his old base speed if you want him to use his skills
