"Shut-down and Reboot" or "Lazarus the Possum"
While in a dying state, activate this perk once per match after being hooked at least once. Activation will put the survivor in a death state; unable to more. The killer will not be able to interact with the survivor. The survivor will then need to be resurrected by a team mate within 30/45/60. Perk can not be used if you are the last survivor or times out as if on final hook.

I just a three players using No Mither, Unbreakable(for faster recovery), Decisive Strike, Soul Gaurd and flashlights. The three of them started the match by running at me and went for flashlight saves every time. The other person worked on gens while I dealt with these idiots. Annoying as it was, I had fun killing them all but that last guy must have thought they were all crazy.
Running No Mither solo might not be a great idea. But with a group, someone could create a distraction in order for you to get up on your own.
If it is run solo, there are a few other perks that could make for an interesting build. Resilience will give you a 9% boost for everything you do. Desperate Measures will always give you at least 28% to healing + 9%. Add that to Botany and you have between 70-98% increase to healing.
You are right though. At beginning levels, the best you can do is add Resilience to the mix. Maybe if you are going for adept to use his stock perks? In the wrong hands and a poor build it should just be called "anchor".

I had an idea of a "stock" game mode were killers and survivors could only use their unique perks, no ad-ons only passive offerings; no mori, no maps. "Stock" matches not based on rank or effect rank.
This alternate game mode could be something that changes from chapter to chapter.

"Anchor" - When one of your team mates is inactive for 2 minutes (no healing, rescuing, cleansing, etc) they are applied with exposed, mangled, hemorrhage, hindered, madness, infected, intoxicated, deep wound their aura is revealed to all, crows circle, a new status called "shamed" is applied where the event is posted to their social media accounts detailing their cowardness and letter is sent home to their parents in red ink.

How about a "stock" game mode? Killers and survivors would ONLY be able to use their own unique perks or perks that are always available; (Spine Chill, Kindred, NOED are available) no teachable perks. No ad-ons, only passive offerings; i.e. no mori, map offerings, chest, hook, only BP offerings. Rank is not effected or a factor in matchmaking.

Let me be polite and sympathetic. I'm sorry you are having internet issue. Might I suggest that you should NOT be playing until said issued are resolved? By insisting on starting matches when you know you are likely to drop out of them, you are being very inconsiderate to the people whose time you are wasting. If you are having problems, wait until they are fixed.
I could not agree more. Sorry about the internet issue but how is that my fault or my team's fault or better yet my responsibility? I think I could speak for most by saying that I would rather have a beginner player on my survivor team than someone that will lag or DC during a match. Even for the killer that may be going for their "adept" achievements suffers from your un-reliability. Any DC takes away from the experience of all players.
Having poor internet service or quality may be beyond your control due to geography or income. But why is that every other player's burden? Poor connection is not a disability that entitles someone to the same quality of online activities. While you might not have control over your situation we as the other players have ABSOLUTELY no control over your situation and life. By having a penalty system, we are attempting to take some control of what you and others cannot or are unwilling to improve.
