I play on PC (Steam),
I've had this issue since end of January, whenever i try to queue up for a game it would tell me that it found a match and takes me to the loading screen which stays loading for almost 30 seconds just for it to return me back to the lobby and tell me "dedicated server not responding... disconnecting".
I did submit a ticket twice and every suggestion to fix the issue pretty much failed, at the end they mark both of my issues as "resolved" 🤣 I literally cannot play the game unless I use a VPN.
I play a lot of online games and I've never faced such issue in any game where I get denied to find a lobby without a VPN.
What's weird is that when I let my friend host the SWF lobby I can play the game just fine but when I host or try to play solo/killer its Impossible to find a game.
I've been playing this game before Myers was even released and never had an issue like this before even when dedicated servers were introduced.
If any BHVR mod is reading this please prioritize fixing this.

Nevermind its back, are you f'ing serious i had a good wednesday playing lots of games with short queue time in the german server and now I can't play again because i can't find any games in ME/Indian server ... well done behaviour.

Can we get an update already about the servers locations ?
You opened a server in my area "Middle East" which has a very VERY low player base and its like the worst thing ever... I have been getting the same 4 players all day we literally got bored from each other. I know that queue time for survivor is like 7 minutes on EU servers but my location is like 25 minutes just to get the same exact people from my last game and its so bad.
I would really love to select which region I want to connect to like any other game with dedicated servers with a cool down of like 30 days before next region change. I was really happy to play in the German server with no problems at all but now its like the worst thing ever since you opened this server I am stuck in.
As for gameplay wise literally no difference between having a 50ms ping and 110ms ping at all .. still getting smacked 3 feet away from the window after fast vaulting and rubber banding alot as a nurse and also when I was playing killer the game just ended itself. But I have to say dedicated server are getting better than the first test and would love from you to disable it and test it again next PTB.

They said they are "Periodically enabling additional regions to test the impact on match quality".
Remember dedicated servers aren't official yet even tho its been on live servers ever since last PTB.
And honestly a 60ms and 100ms I feel no difference at all I still get crazy hits through the window and exhausted on ground when using dead hard and also rubber banding as a nurse.

I really wish there is an option to change region with 30 days cooldown.
I do agree with you lobbies are really bad in the middle east server and am getting the same players over and over again that i am not interested in playing the game anymore.
I would honestly rather a 2 minute waiting time as a survivor to get 90 ms EU ping than waiting about 20 minutes to get a 50 ms ME ping against the same person with the same survivors.

Dedicated servers are definitely better than when its first tested.
For killer I didn't play much due to how long it takes to find a game and I end up getting a 120 ms ping which feels almost unplayable due to the input lag. I played pig at 115 ms ping and the time it takes to register that I clicked to dash takes awhile, same thing with demogorgen.
For a survivor side it feels just fine for the most part but it still has its problems like I have been getting hit off the window after fast vaulting way too much.
Dedicated servers will take alot more testing and I can see it being delayed beyond fall 2019. Its better not to rush it.
One thing I would like to see is to choose which region to connect to because I wait for a killer lobby for a long time just to get a 120 ms when I can get 96 ms at best.
Region : Middle East , Ping : 96 ms ~ 125 ms
