A Dracula bite will leave a survivor on the ground, after healing the survivor could have hallucinations that see other survivors as vampires so they might not be able to trust them, or they could hallucinate the wolf chasing them, and they have to learn to distinguish hallucinations from reality. Dracula could set hallucination traps. The mirror that survivors hold up is in first person view, and the mirror shows their rear view, and a little view of their front. Maybe if Dracula is right behind them the mirror could break. Dracula could have an obsession with a survivor, someone who he wants to keep with him as a vampire. The survivors who have turned into a nosferatu can be defeated if they are knocked out, and put on the impaling sticks.
