I wonder is there any way for a killer to get up there. I had a game where 2 survivors did the same but then they tried to teach the killer how to do that (unsuccessfully)

No, it is killer specific, or at least works/doesn't work independently, because I got adept on twins, but nemesis one didn't work for me too.
