I experienced this glitch too, a friend of mine got stuck being carried after I flashlight stunned Vecna and they decided to disconnect because they were just stuck being carried. All players in the match seemed to be Steam players. I managed to capture video (not audio though) of the glitched survivor's spec cam during part of the endgame and a screenshot of the end screen with in-game chat. The timer runs out but the match takes quite a long time to end. This definitely was the match ending itself and not the killer disconnecting because the killer messaged in the post-game chat. The killer was able to use power, pick up survivors, and hook people despite the glitched survivor being carried. Blinding the killer again also did not affect anything, but we didn't get a chance to test pallet stunning. Anyway, just wanted to provide plenty of details, hopefully this can get fixed soon.
