Legion movement speed is definitely not running at 130% in Frenzy, you can see a decent quick test in this at 48:52 or watch the entire clip from 39:00 and see more.

  • Legion currently has no increased movement speed in Feral Frenzy.

Legion also has no lunge in Feral Frenzy. It's as if you tap m1, it does not go any further than that.

You can tell instantly playing Legion that it does not move as fast as it should. Basically rendering his power completely useless.

I have mainly played Legion and I don't even really know what the FOV patch was for, compared to the speed issue it was not noticeable.

If you go to 48:51 in the Otzdarva video that h0lden posted in the comment above you can see a decent quick test and it is definitely not 15% faster as it should be.
