• I had the same thing happen to me. I was the survivor, Wesker got me and I was on his back until I dcd. The killer dcd and then froze in place, I was still stuck on his back. I waited for the end game collapse but nothing happened so I had to dc. Here is my video:

• I also had this happened today 4 times. I had dead hard, prove thyself, iron will and kindred. I was unhooked and didn't get endurance, but this didn't happen in all of my matches today. I didn't even have the endurance status effect symbol on my screen, only haste.
