  do you realize that 4 is less than 12? new pain res is, generously, 80% less effective than the old pain res. it was a nerf and it was intentionally butchered to prevent killers from having any gen regression options. killers will be completely destroyed by these changes.

  Yeah, I'm sure the twelfth pain res hook turned a lot of games around for you before. Honestly if you're on your 9th+ hook you've essentially won the game already so gen slowdown from those hooks was pretty meaningless. And since they nearly doubled its per-hook effectiveness, you could argue its better now for some uses. Its just not as good for holding a three gen for 30 minutes anymore which is fine since long 3-gen battles aren't fun for either side.
