it could be revised and add "if the killer doesnt leave the area(6meter radius) of the hooked survivor for 30sec the entity or something will stun them for 2sec". 30 sec is enough time to check the area around the hooked survivor for any attenpt for a fast save.
just imagine: leather face, Michael myers and scream just standing there camping and any attempt to save will activated their 1 hit down skills.

2) As long as the team is decent, camping shouldn't be much of an issue since saves aren't too hard to pull off. Not to mention, BT becoming base kit may become true.
this is only to counter face camping killers specially leather face where he could just use his skill and down both if not all survivors trying to save even if theres bt hell just face camp the other survivor that just got downed and so the cycle repeats thats why i suggest the 6 meter minimum. the killer can still camp but far enough not to get face camped
