• It's probably because the game doesn't give us the "kill" score event when a survivor dies on the hook. Killing survivors in 2v8 also does not progress the milestone kill quest either. Hopefully this is a bug, because I would like to progress the milestone quest! For the mean time, moring a survivor at the end should count as a "kill".

• I can also confirm that this is happening occasionally. It happened to me right after leaving the smoke bomb.
