• In this case the killer has 5 gens which are fake. You cannot see the difference as a survivor. Which i agree with you is that hes complicated to play against.
  
  The concept with an altar is more like "I help myself in a short time or somebody else helps me and gets a "boost", since I cant help myself since hes on my ass" Theres no additional item included.
  
  The scream would vary on the cures from the curses so survivors can decurse them but it makes him stronger but for his scream to work, they would have to be cursed.
  
  You can imagine his scream like a shockwave. it injures you if theres nothing inbetween you and the killer…if so theres a wall in between you then it would deafen you - not injure you.
