• I mean i think Artist is fine honestly, the way you optimal play him is anyway through the crow swarm and then the dmg, there arn't to much where survs actually are at risk of being injurd by crow instantly, the whole playstile of artist is anyway anti loop so you just kind hold shift w and try to dodge crows i guess

  
  

  But even if they would say they remove the instant dmg i think it wouldn't be that big of a problem, would still be an decent killer i juwt don't see the need to remove it
