I think we should create a new thread explaining the problem, my english is not the best... can someone do it?
We need everyone to send reports ingame too.

Now is 100% unplayable for everyone who uses mouse and controller.

Nope. Have you never watched a high level player? They use mouse and keyboard. To say that you cannot loop correctly with WASD is utter nonsense. Both of you are delusional. You can implement my solution and enjoy playing the game again or you can be a pretentious moron who is completely wrong. I'll be having fun playing while you wallow in your idiocy. Have a nice life.
Definitely a kid who doesn't know what he's talking about. Don't expect another answer from me. HFNG :)

I've found a solution. Go to your Steam library, right click on Dead by Daylight, go to Manage>Controller configuration, at the bottom left click Browse Configs, click on Templates, switch from Gamepad to Keyboard (WASD) and mouse. You can rebind other buttons as you see fit.
that way is impossible to loop correctly

Yes it is finally fixed.
No, framerate was a little bit increased but definetly not fixed

Not solved in PTB 5.1 :(

We should put everything that we discover in this regard here and also send messages to support telling all that info.
What I have found:
Apparently they have tried to solve it but only halfway, let me explain: the FPS drop only occurs when moving the joystick 180º forward+mouse, when moving backwards that drop in FPS no longer occurs. If they have been able to solve half, I think it would not be very difficult to solve the problem completely and make us have a very good 5 anniversary.
Any of you have news?

@Mondhirsch this fps drop issue sometimes doesnt appears. I realized it as I tried some different Nvida-Settings in the past. Long story short: reWASD wasnt active while my attempts yesterday, so it really acted like normal without any drops, cause it was the normal way. ^^
But Meanwhile, I found the right settings and reWASD is working. But not as perfect as i described it yesterday. I would say, its working better then handle an analog stick itself and its more playable as map WASD to the left stick, but it still sucks. If you move your Mouse to fast its getting slower. Hard to describe, But u have a lot of settings in reWASD to optimize it.
Have you found a solution when using REWASD? I can't find a way to make it not move slower when I move the mouse faster :(
