  • Thanks for your reply! I run wired connection. In general, before the problem with the Internet (with which everything is fine), the game often crashed on my desktop (like problem with anticheat idk why) and because of which I got penalty often. But after the update, it crashed constantly because of the connection, that's why I have so many hours penalty.

    Support wrote me recommendations that I can do and I hope it will help.

  • yes recently i was lost connection in match often and has disconected but my wifi was good and worked in other online games. now i had 72 hours banned
