• Bit of a necro but I just wanted to say that I experience this too! Every time I play killer I start to feel a headache. It's not a huge emotional reaction, it's just a dull pain in my head. My best guess is that when I play killer I'm straining to see a lot (cylinders moving on generators, survivor movement in the background, bloodstains, crows, etc.) so I wonder if that's what's causing these headaches.
