I believe this to be a bug as me and my friend tested Line of Sight killers like knight and found that his guards still see people in the fog. I believe this mostly as well cause all other killers me and my friend tested had no issues with their power besides singularity.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When a survivor is inside of a smoke bomb no matter what a survivor is unable to be teleported onto nor marked by a biopod until the smoke is down.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Survivor uses smoke vial
2. Singularity tries to mark survivor inside of smoke with biopod
3. Biopod cannot target survivor even if looking directly at survivor
or

1. Survivor uses smoke vial
2. Singularity does instant teleport not from camera onto survivor inside smoke
3. Singularity is unable to target survivor to teleport because of smoke
