• Nope, that was never the case. They always copied your profile from "live" to ptr on a specific day and that is used only there and will always reset to this particularly profile on every logout/login.
  But I can truly support this as a request

• "upload current copies" - I guess not, maybe if the devs migrate another fixed savegame
  All that you will earn or loose/spend in the ptb will stay there, nothing will be done to your "real savegame" on the live-servers.

• From the Patchnotes: "Progress & save data information has been copied from the Live game to our PTB servers (on May 24th). "
  Maybe the difference is because of the copy from 24.05. and not today/yesterday.
