  Call me a bad teammate I don't care, the real bad teammates are the ones who let this happen to their other teammates every SINGLE trial. After my second phase on my FIRST hook, I'm 100% out of there. There's a big difference between getting caught a second time and then going into your second phase on hook than getting caught a second time and then immediately dying.

  Unless the killer is face camping then I see no reason at all to let your teammates become dead on hook.

  I see no issues with this. Good survivors can strategize time management to their advantage SWF or not. If your on the hook with no gens done. We ARE finishing one gen before getting you. Wouldn't make sense to immediately get you off of a hook without completing an objective. If u get downed in the first couple seconds you just gotta wait. But its reasonable not to have you at your second stage cause we should be able to time manage successfully.
