It's not being ignored. It never has been, even. We mentioned right away that we'll be watching how the changes affect the game and make adjustments as needed. The first part of this are the toolbox changes. Whether or not it'll need further changes beyond that remains to be seen.
Yes, I agree toolboxes needed some attention but I think you need to go back to the drawing board on the overall gen speed without toolboxes in mind. Given the current state of the game the gen speed is not in a healthy spot. Survivors having the ability to play SWF with communications and the many second chance perks makes it a daunting task for the killer. Many games after my first chase and hook they are already down to 3 to 2 gens left, that makes absolutely no sense. Even when I play survivor i often find myself doing a totem, running to unhook the first survivor and look at the bottom of my screen to find there is only 2 gens left, making it soooo boring.
Either implement another objective in your game making the survivor needing to do more, giving the killers more time to apply pressure or adjust the gen speed. Honestly, after my survivor matches I'm so bored I tend to log off after two matches or so, because they're so easy and boring. Playing killer makes my anxiety run through the roof because of all the second chance perks, tea bagging and the gens flying so fast. You shouldn't have a game where a survivor feels completely safe calling for your attention so they can abuse you through out the map. The killer should put fear in the survivors not the other way around.
I honestly wish we could go back to the day where no teachable perks existed. I believe that is when the game out of hand and unbalanced.

I've tried the new killer on PC. I'm one of those weirdos that play with controller on PC. The sensitivity and feel while shooting is awful. Missing the easiest of shots. If you face any decent survivor the killer is going to have a hard time connecting shots. Plus give survivors more time to learn his attack and you'll be hitting no one. I've been watching streamers using M/K and the accuracy in their shots make you think this killer is so OP, not the case when you bring controllers, its the exact opposite. With the past few killers I'm upset that its coming down to such precision to use their power. I wish they would consider controllers while building new characters. Just another killer to sit in my library and to never be used.

It's obviously way too fast. The more seasoned survivors with lots of hours know every nook an cranny of the game and abuse the killer and gen speed. Not to mention all the perks that many of them always use that delay the killer from getting their much needed hit/hook to apply the appropriate pressure. Top of all that they can bring in tool boxes to make the gen speed that much faster. There definitely needs to be a change.
It's funny you have a game where its scarier to play as killer than survivor. The amount of stress I get from playing killer is insane. Maybe you can give killers an extra perk? Essentially, a killer is going up against 16 perks to its 4 perks. This way you don't have to feel you wasted a perk slot just to slow down gen speed. Or simply you can adjust gen speed and I believe map design plays a big role.
