Ah yes, the "just switch targets" argument. Works great if all survivors in the match know how to loop decently.
I'd much rather have 3 people working on gens while I keep changing chases and applying no pressure than only 2 people and the hooked/savior busy. I like my gens being done faster.
Basic Killer 101.

Hey, everyone pretty much already said what should be said on how counterable/strong is looping. You'll notice it yourself as you climb the ranks.
I'd just like to add that I find it in no way toxic; it's just playing optimally as survivor, the same way it can be optimal to tunnel or camp as killer (most of the time it's not though).
The things I consider toxic are teabagging, flashlight clicking, hitting a hooked survivor etc. Generally BMing.

People are upvoting that thread basically as a protest now. And honestly to vent a little sometimes. I know I'm one of them lol.
But I don't think anything will come out of it. The devs had plenty of time to work on something and they chose not to. At least we're getting small changes over the years. Remember when exhaustion regen'd while running? Good times.

The pipping system rewards survivors for tryharding the ass off of you, while the killers pip system works in favor of the survivors.
You'll have to make their game as enjoyable as you can, but they can still dominate you with a SWF, with 16 second chance perks and then you still depip. ;)
It's the game, get used to it.
This is the gist of it and it blows my mind that the devs think this is ok.
And the supposed rank rework will only be implemented in the 15th chapter, right?
This game, man...

When you play killer how many times do you encounter cocky survivors who are not trying to hide, do objectives and think they can just loop you like their favorite streamer? How many people dc, suicide on hook or do unsafe unhooks?
In my opinion the only reason escape rate is not higher in general is because too many survivors mess around doing nothing. Killers don't have that luxury.
Pretty much this. Plus, it's not like not surviving is a lose to them, a lot of them only get caught after they piped.
And the same does not happen to the killer as often. Games with 2k are at max a black pip, at least for me.
