    Yeah... quick saw REALLY helped this Billy. Totally wrecked me, my friend, and the two randoms. *insert obvious but sadly needed sarcasm warning*

    Fact is, Quick saw doesn’t do crap if you know what you’re doing as a Survivor and anticipate it. 

    Getting really sick sick and tired of Survivors trying to get every useful add on or add on combo nerfed into the ground because they are incompetent. 

    Btw : I call it quick saw because insta saw doesn’t exist anymore. After they changed Tinkerer to not give a 10% bonus to adds.

  • Also wish they would get rid of the damn “person has been hooked here” and “Gen has been done here” bubble. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve lost sight of a Survivor, or lost sight of the Killer and couldn’t tell where they were cause of that damn bubble.

    Nope.He doesnt need skill.Look at nurse,huntress.Not everyone play them because you need to be skilled first.But hillbily lol 8/10 games i play against him.
    Billy takes a fair amount of Skill. As a fellow console Nurse, you should know this. He can still be Looped, which gives him the right to require less effort than Nurse to still be effective. The ability to loop him means he’s weaker than Huntress and Nurse by default, a built in balance check if you will.

    Agreed. Just a matter of personal taste. NOED is the only Killer version of a crutch perk. The only reason I say this is because of how it works. 

    The Killer could actually be a good Killer, but thanks to the screwed up balance of Gen Rush. (Not the Survivors fault mind you! The Developers fault of bad balance. They are just doing their objective!) NOED could actually make a Gen Rush game balanced. However, it can also carry Killer who are awful at the game REALLY hard. 

    You always balance a game thats even slightly competitive of what has the greatest potential to be abused. To which NOED is far too abusable. Same thing with Decisive Strike.
