"Open hand" since it by itself does nothing how about it also prolongs the time you see the aura of things.
like with "alert" you see the killer for 5 seconds after he breaks a thing. maybe even in a way that lets you see survivors for 4 more seconds after they are out of your area for "binding". would not be too much i believe but having perks that work together is just a fun thing i like. -

The option to attack from stealth, but trigger a fatigue penalty similar to the nurses with misses triggering a longer cooldown. Both conditions will pull you out of stealth. Ringing the bell could still be an option as well to trigger windstorm for a faster, longer lunge with no fatigue or extended cooldown.Put in addons that effect survivors if they hear the bell ring. For Example:
Bell of the Damned: When survivors are within your bells sound radius when you finish reappearing, they suffer a hindered status effect for 5 seconds. Cooldown 15seconds.
Thats just me spitballing for 5 minutes.
I love this idea I am amazed.

Well seing how wraith needs to come out of invisibility to even hit you.
i think he should be able to do something.
maybe he slows your action speed making vaults and palletsthrows slower.
that way it would help him with the chase while not being TO overpowered if the curse aint to strong.you could even add multiple levels to the stalk (like madnes) because that would cost him time it aint too unfair
of course survivors need the posibility to lose the curse again.
maybe lose a level after a hit or maybe when they sucesfully do something. -

Okay I'll take a stab.
It's an interesting concept I'll give you this however you might want to focus on something that would allow us to elaborate on catching survivors either by surprise when they do generators or punishing them. The way you have it set up and by the way it looks please explain if I get this incorrect butt with the hook them for the generators to be done as normal correct? If that's the case there's one problem that would encourage tunneling to a certain degree. Now don't get me wrong certain Killers don't really need certain perks like ruin or pop goes the weasel because they're so good I applying pressure what you just said would be good for certain killers that have a slow build-up like the pig or Freddy.
The Raid system wouldn't do you any good because survive with friends would easily find a way to break the system by literally having a sacrificial lamb use Kindred all the time and be the sole person going down. You don't want something like that. Hate to say it but this entire thing can be blown to Smithereens with a survive with friends group and everybody running borrowed time.
Well we can still throw around with the idea's
for the surprise factor isnt there the new Tinkerer perk ? i find it surprisses alot of people.
Well the affact would be on ALL survivors not on just one
so one gets hooked and everyone can repair faster again.
or your rage gets satisfied and you are slower again. That with the pressure is true.
maybe it would be to unfair to add this on every killer since some are just so strong.
but then again you could also make it reversable if the killer is good the survivors get buffs to speed until they got enough generators or saves. im not yet shure what should trigger this mechaninc and what not.thank you both for discussing with me :chuffed:

True but even thou the Doktor is strong in low tiers.
once you know what he can and cannot do you can combat him with about anything.
tier 3 madnass is his only real advantage as it gives him time.
his ability cannot kill so i think it would fit to make it harder for him maybe.
th i guess to many players already dislike the Dokta because they don't want to learn to much.
wich i get this should also be able to be a casual game on low ranks i guess. -
Giving up on a Survivor will give him the knowledge that you gave up.
thus he knows he can toy with you.
and yeah we have the extra speed but i still get looped often enough by high rank players.
I don't have to much against it if it wouldnt happen so often in the same map. its time consuming AND annoying. I would LIKE to give up on survivors that are annoying. but the time you lose and the knowledge of said survivor is to harsh of a punishment. at least i think so maybe im still to awarage of a player. -
I would appriciate to be able to talk about this with you if you dear reader.
pls tell me what you think -
Especialy since there are no rewards for your rank. (or at least i think so)
so really only tryhards are on the high and for fun players are high.
