The Hell Knight is cool but he feels too much like a normal enemy to be worthy of a killer. Perhaps the Baron of Hell? who would effectively have the same moves but he just has Horns too. The Cyberdemon or Cacodemon would also make Good killers but have some sizing issues.
Overall I like the idea and the power - a leaping killer is something yet to be seen in Dead By Daylight, however I feel like it needs to be more complex than just hold the button and leap in order to work in the game because if its that simple the killer would probably either be very overpowered or very underpowered.
I did consider a few others, like the Prowler, The Baron of Hell like you said and the Marauder, who could also fit the role as killer, maybe I could do some other illustrations of those as well
