Is she Yui, but old?
It is heavily implied that the old woman Is yui as well. since we know that it was evil yui who killed the other yuis. it seemed like old yui was going to kill herself before evil yui could kill her but couldn't bring herself to do it, another question is how she knew that evil yui was coming after her.

They went through the trouble of doing a close up on the bodies showing us that they are all in fact yui. In fact one of the yuis was wearing an apron, referencing the time that yui spent working as a hostess. It definately does seem like they are all alternate yuis whos life branched off into one of many possibilities that could have happened to yui. The alternate universe theory is definitely holding up, while there has been past tome entries that seem to state that most skins are survivors from alternate universes. There was never any talk of survivors being able to travel through those alternate universes, why is this one yui killing other yuis? and what role does the observer play in this? It seems like the only thing that would allow evil yui to do this is the entity, but why would the entity want to kill off every other yui? He liked yui enough to abduct her into its realm, wouldn't it be better to have backups in case our yui loses her mind and is sent to the void? maybe evil yui wants to kill the other yuis so she can get into the entity realm for some reason.
