    Keep in mind how killers effect and control gameplay. Your killer is mostly weak considering the vision and sound is as weak like clown and ur sonic will act alot like the doctor shock mostly used for the stunn effect to close loops.

    So deadly in a chase if timed correctly

    Without detection or movement powers you will have poor location and map pressure. Lots of escapes

    Now that you said it, im really thinking about it, as you said it really has no map preasure, and poor location, well i think thats why most "weak" killers have epecific strategies, but overall i've just wanted to bring some diversity ( well ,.... sound based diversity ).

  • Well the idea is great ( a bit vague ), but one thing you may need to look out for is 1º: The explanation of the power its to vague, like you don't explain the time it take to use it or the cooldown, thing that are crucial, and the 2º: Hindered is a Status Effect, that's a bit rare, why? you ask me, because it's too powerfull ( usually found in green addons ), slowing a survivor down in his movement speed, is detrimental to them and 3º: The perks are too strong, altough the first one is pretty dope and their names are cool too, knowing when a survivor is near another on the hook up to 24 meters is too strong and encourages camping.

    But anyway, as i already said previously i think i realy cool.
