  I experienced the same bug across multiple matches. Very gamebreaking, the survivor can never hide from me again once it starts.

  STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
  Survivor starts solving box → survivor either solves or stops solving the box → the killer instinct effect lingers for the rest of the match

• I'm experiencing the same thing, except it's when I down the box holder. Chain hunt timer sometimes resets to the beginning after downing the box holder, but it's inconsistent and unpredictable.
