Getting delay bugs with Hag, trying to teleport to a triggered trap and then after landing being unable to move or swing immediately. Just started happening.

Many killers tunnel because not everyone has all the slowdown perks, and yet, survivors bring multiple toolboxes, run perks to help them speed up gens, or are punching down (Red rank vs yellow/green) and Killers want to accomplish things to.
If the survivors all split up, then the killer is going to lose 2-3 gens during the chase and after the hook, lose 2 more before the hook is rescued while hunting for the other survivors, and end the game with no kills, 1-2 hooks if they're lucky, and a whole lot of bitterness.
Especially while survivors are being as toxic as they have been lately.
Fix match making, fix the feeling of being helpless before you've unlocked EVERY Meta perk, and there'd be a lot less tunneling imho.

I don't think I would mind SWF much if I, as a rank 15 killer, weren't getting curb stomped by a pair of reds, a purple, and a green/yellow swf.
Even if they aren't SWF, it's still not even REMOTELY like a fair or even game.

Yes, they should. They need to change it badly. I just got the game and am very new, I play with friends when I do play survivor but when I am playing solo I play Killer for the most part.
I am only Rank 17, have had the game less than 24 hours. I should NOT be matched against a SWF group that is a 15, a 4, a 5, and a 7.
It's complete garbage. I am glad I bought this game on sale and that I was patient about not buying ANY DLC's because, this is not worth my time as it currently is. My personal win condition has been to hook at least two people. Not kill. Hook.
Because all I run into is SWF's that are farming low ranked killers. SWF needs to be something a killer can choose to accept as opponents or not, or at least not be chucked at low ranked killers because it makes the game completely unfun when you can't even interact with the other players because they know every inch of the map. Flashlight stun you constantly. Loop perfectly.
This problem exists worse during prime playtime of course, it's a shame, because some of us do work, and would still like to enjoy the game.
It's just garbage.
