This will continue to apply for essentially every map that has been updated, and will continue to do so, so long as the game's balance is warped around The Blight. This is no longer a secret, and is becoming increasingly more apparent the more the game's balance shifts. Until The Blight is addressed, the disparity between him and the entire roster of killers will continue to grow wider and wider. This map update helps people have a chance against Blight, who is a resource eater. It hinders about 30 killers, who cannot keep up with the chaining of so many pallets, and who have little agency or playmaking ability without making harsh or unfun decisions. The game should not have to feel like a sweatfest for well over half the roster so that one singular killer (and a few copies of him, let's be honest) won't instantly steamroll 3/4ths of survivor teams. The Blight and his idealogy of design sell well, they are fun, and I understand that can seem hard to bend things around when it comes to his design. But in 5 years, he has never recieved a direct and clear nerf, and the game's balance desing, perk design, and now map changes, all display a clear bias towards preventing BLIGHT from being too strong, and making any other killer at the bottom of the totem poll suffer 5× more as a result.
