  • So, with the rework coming around the corner, a few hundred more matches under my belt and playing Freddy at each rank, here's my two cents at a rework/buff.

    Dream demon:
Survivors have 2 states, awake and asleep.

Power: dream demon: for every awake survivor, Freddy has 1 charge for his power (can be reduced for the red gimmick add-ons). After each use, a cool-down is applied (20-25 seconds) After 5 seconds the survivor falls asleep. The dream world and the real world are two separate places. In the dream world, each generator is in a different spot, and all windows and pallets can only be used at a medium speed. The way to wake up is 1. Complete a dream generator (does not progress the real world gens, but only takes 40 seconds and effected by hex: ruin) or 2. Have an awake survivor wake you up. however, asleep survivors can open the exit gates at a 50% speed reduction. Broken pallets leave illusions in their place that when walked through reveal the survivor's aura. Real world pallets (after being used) can be seen and destroyed in the dream world. All items such as medkits, toolboxes and things of the sort are consumed 20% faster.

While awake: survivors cannot see, hear or interact with Freddy (no grass movement, no lullaby (maybe a 16 meter radius if too powerful) for every awake survivor, asleep survivors gain an action speed increase, and for every asleep survivor the awake ones get a n action speed decrease. After (3-4) survivors are asleep, everyone gets an action penalty. If an awake survivor happens upon a sleeping survivor they can wake them up.

While asleep: survivors cannot interact nor see awake survivors, but can see Freddy and other asleep survivors. Any action done inside a radius, Freddy can see (healing, repairing, cleansing a totem)

    Base killer speed: 110%

iller action speed when in a chase (breaking gens, pallets and vaulting): 125%

  • So, reading through and seeing with my own eyes, nurse being the only one able to get a 2K on average, I do think all other killers need to be elevated to this level. It's a 4V1 not a 1V4 game. The 1 should have the strength to take out the 4, if it's a 1 on 1 each time. Right now, 1 on 1 goes something like this: killer finds survivor, survivor either loops the killer until 2-3 gens pop or they go down within 2 seconds.  If they can loop, the killer wastes so much time on the 1 survivor that the other 3 can fix generators like no ones business. Ruin shouldn't be core, and decisive strike shouldn't be in every game above rank 18. Everyone (term of phrase) seems to be on the fence, or AGGRESIVELY for or against. Killers should be able to average 2K on a SWF game, and 2K in public matches consistantly. It's supposed to be a 4V1 game, and right now it's a 1V4 game.
  • Now, I'm no expert when it comes to balance, but I have a few ideas to help elivate the legion from Freddy to doctor, maybe spirit level.

    General:
The double stun need to go, first off. Secondly, stunning you after hitting a survivor with feral frenzy (after the initial hit) has to be changed. Nurse's needs to work with mending, exposed needs to work with feral frenzy (maybe not from healthy to dying, but definitely from injured to dying with feral frenzy) Sloppy butcher should effect mending, and Save the best or enduring should help with the stun (quality of life, not needed if the changes below are implimented)

    The power:
Every hit that applies deep wounds recharge the meter, but hits against the target with deep wounds shouldn't drain it nor refill it. Legion is supposed to be this terrifying, in your face killer, and right now feels like a glorified cattle prod, Poking you every so often. Adding this with a lowered deep wounds meter (maybe a longer one for no mither *HINT HINT*) would make him feel on par with the spirit. Always a threat, and changing the meta little. I don't want another pig or wraith, let alone another Freddy. He feels low, and nearly as bad as poor fred-boy.

Thanks to: bricky for the perk idea inspiration
Note: all of this is in my opinion and not to be taken with any weight. I just wanted to give my two cents and hopefully aid in his buff/rework
