the part i like most about the change is that they kept the saying below. It only works on good sckill checks now, so what does a 'mans best work' involve with just normal good checks?

I actually love graphics in most every game from any year.
Your comment added alot. I also enjoy the graphics in real life, from any year.

0 - what is the point of cosmetics on graphics that look like its from early 00's? I remember playing on opengl with as much detail as this. As pointed out many times, the game has actually degraded down in the graphic nitty gritty in favor of consoles and slapped in some more 'atmospheric' fog to cover it.
You want to spend money that's your choice, just don't look at those 4k renders that come out, you'll be sad.
Some of us have comps able to run high end games at 4k crisp and clean, come back to play this now and then is like making your eyes re bleed.

The only reason she isn't in the discussion of top three is because of SWF and flashlights.
Pick up a survivor? They run over traps they saw you put down so they are gone.
Flashlight in game? Goodbye traps on hooks, choke points, generators. You'll still get your traps and you'll get hooks but now you gotta really work for it. As a 110% killer she's not a good chaser from one side of the map to the other, so once they nullify your power your going to be working for every hit as hard as a base m1 killer.
She's viable but as with mostly every killer besides spirit and nurse, you gotta hope for one potato in the group to bang up on. Remove the weak link, the rest of the chain fails.

This is a conversation that will never be solved. it basically just boils down to the fact that you got found, downed and that's how the killer plays.
The reason why they play way doesn't matter, and the fact that you don't like it doesn't matter either. No one is entitled to anything in this game besides a bug free and full group experience, that is it. The line stops there.
Some killers don't care about points, or survivor fun. Some survivor's don't care about points or killer fun. That's why you get so many Bad Manners actions. What the community labels as toxic.
Your playing a 1 vs 4 game - 'fairness' has different meaning to all five of those people. You either need to accept that sometimes you die on first hook, or just stop playing. On the flip side you need to accept that you might not get a kill at all, that's just the way the game goes.
Sooner you get over that and just look to yourself for your enjoyment; if that is personal improvement, doing everything you can to trigger someone else, is your choice. Just play the game and put the blood points in the web to get the things you want. That's the whole story. The end, finale.

Yeah I'm just trying to understand how he can expose me if I am looking right at him
Because your not looking at him right. He has to have more then 20% of his body exsposed, and you have to be within the range of decting him.
His range to mark you is farther then micheal and if he's leaning he's not exsposing mroe then 20%.
If he is in the open, charging you in nightshroud, he probably has drivers license which reduces the range yo ucan exspose him considerably so he can defintly mark you before expose him.
Just because you are looking at him doesn't mean your nullifying his ability. You need to think more.
