I also have some issues when the challenges i definitely completed or particularly completed doesn't count at all. The last one i can't complete because it doesn't count is 13th-TOME, Page 3, Appeal to heal - Survivor challenge (Fully deplete 5 Med-kit(s)).
No matter how many times i try to complete this challenge, it doesn't work.
13th-TOME, Page 3, Athletic Grace doesn't count as well no matter how many times i vault pallets or windows or both while in chase as Meg Thomas.
There was some more minor challenges which didn't counted but i finnaly got completed.
The last place you look - Unlock 8 chests didn't counted many times then after i reloaded my laptop and the game itself it finally started to count.
And one of killer challenges were not counted fully when i had to kill 4 survivors.. but when i hooked and killed that way everyone only 3 of 4 were counted. The next match by doing the same i completed the challenge.

My brother i play with has almost the same issue he has no penalty though.
Almost everyday we play with him DBD, and he has severe problems with starting a match successfully.
We both are using the same cable internet, we connect each other, looking for a match, no problem to connect lobby with other survivors, everyone is ready... then we see the offerings no problem... and then after it we need to prey it to load. if the loading line stucked for him then usually it crashes without any notification. He relaunch the game, and then after completing the loading where i can see he was disconnected we try to repeat this action many times till it finally loads successfully. Sometimes it may be even second attempt, sometimes it happens not to load even after 5 attempts even if we both reload the game, sometimes even after reloading our both laptops. And rarely it happens when we can play many times and have no such an issue at all for 7 matches in raw.
It is very annoying, time consuming, and even destructing issue which make us not to desire the next attempt.
i am using Windows 10 laptop
He uses Windows 8 laptop.
He also has this problem even if he play alone as a killer or a survivor no matter.
Everytime the same pattern, no issues till the offerings showcase and the loading screen is everytime a lottery for him.
