  That would feel nice. Getting all that. Keep in mind it takes A LOT of play time to get to this level, so the reward should be nice.

  So you are suggesting to make an exclusive skin that would be very common in a season or two (cause there's lots of players who spend at least a hundred hours a month playing DBD) that will be a pain in the ass to get for someone who loves DBD but can't spend much time on it even if they had hundreds of hours before? Yeah, that's a terrible idea

  The problem is that there is no skin which we can buy only with shards, so it means that we can buy everything if we have money (Cell), so we takes 100 hours and get shards to buy skin as reward, but else can BUY IT directly from game store without gaming even. So this is why I ask if we can get exclusive skin or something else when we reach lvl 100.

  Prestiege is your exlcusive skin for playtime. The ability to buy any other skin is not a problem but an advantage.
