  • It really depends the scenario when You actually can heal right before unhooking or not, in my case I usually heal right before unhooking when I use the healing build composed by We'll make it, Botany Knowledge and Desperate Meassures since the heal can be really fast even if the killer has Sloppy Butcher, keep in mind to wait until the terror radious is gone to unhook and see if you actually have time to finish the heal right before unhooking.
