  • Offerings for heavily survivor-sided maps like Haddonfield no longer show up in survivor bloodwebs, and offerings for heavily killer-sided maps like Gideon Meatpacking (the game) no longer show up in killer bloodwebs. I don't think these sort of maps should be removed from the game but I find it asinine that either side can easily secure their victory from the get-go just by bringing the right map offerings and builds, and I don't really think BHVR is capable of adequately tweaking them to make them fair. Statistics show that these two maps in particular have the highest win rates for the sides that they favor (I think the game might actually be a close tie with Hawkins but I can't remember).

The only problem I really see with this change is that it would make playing scratched mirror Myers hell. Maybe they could let Myers still bring small map offerings idk.

  • New secondary power: Big Red Nose

The Clown produces a shiny red nose from his pocket, momentarily dons it and honks it, producing a honking sound that can be heard by all survivors within his terror radius.

All survivors within the Clown's terror radius will briefly scream and reveal their location to all players, and all affected survivors will be inflicted with the obliviousness and blindness status effects for 30(?) seconds. Cooldown of 60 seconds (equivalent to doctor's static blast). It'd be best to modify the obliviousness status effect for this so that afflicted survivors also cannot perceive his red stain.

The aim of this is to allow Clown to momentarily jumpscare players like a true scary evil clown, while also giving him some much-needed tracking. They should give him new chase music like a warped version of Entrance of the Gladiators, but whenever they're affected by his Big Red Nose in place of his terror radius they hear ominous calliope music which gives them no indication of how far away or close he is. This way they become unsettled but can't hear Clown's footsteps and wheezes as easily over the calliope.

  • There's already a mechanic in the game to discourage immersed survivors and force them to actually play, it's called matching against doc
