Anyone who was affected should now have been compensated - the reward is for players who couldn't log in at all during the Event, and were unable to claim the login rewards as a result, this was not just players on Xbox as there were other platforms affected also.

  Thank you so much! I thought that was an Xbox only issues at the beginning, but still I was among the ones affected (couldn't log in at all until the last days where the patch got released) but still haven't received anything so I wasn't sure — I'll try reaching out! :')
