• Having the same issues. Randomely started one day. Maybe after the Medic chick update but before the springtrap one. If im holding any button on my mouse (left click, right click, middle mouse down, or either of my thumb buttons) it stops the stuttering and I can look around fine. Ive ried everything. Reinstalled drivers turned polling rate down, disabled mouth smoothing in ini settings (dont remove that bhvr thx) and uninstalled reinstalled the game. Nothing works. I underatand its likely an issue on my end. But nothing changed except for the game updating and its the only game ivr had issues with. Bhvr google this issue and you will see its an issue dating back over 4 years ago. Be better. Fix it please.
