• Good afternoon,

I have been activating services, a few per round, restarted the computer to apply those changes, opened the game.

To try to find the service that conflicts with the game or the anti-cheats of the game. Well, after a couple of activations, I have all the services again operational and active. The game is now working, I can't understand it...

As we say in my language 'Ya han salido los enanos'.

If the DbD technical service gives me a relevant answer to this, I will write it here. Otherwise, until the next issue.

  Best regards,

  David

• I contacted DbD support and they helped me.

First you have to verify this point.

After that and getting nothing we did the next two points.

After doing that, I restarted the computer and JUST opened the game. It was a little laggy, but it worked for me. It seems that there is a 3rd program that makes the DbD launch or the anticheats that it uses not work correctly.

Now I don't know which program it is and I have asked the support team, if they recommend me to leave certain services disabled, because in my case, I use EPIC and it disables certain services, besides some of the anti-cheat. But for the moment, you can play and it is a temporary solution.

I will be adding services one by one from the big list I have until I find the one that conflicts with the game/anti-cheats.

I will keep you posted in this thread and hopefully it will help someone else.

  Best regards,

  David

• I have the same problem but with EpicGames. I tried the same and disable the antivirus but it's not working also.

  Any help?
