We have not danced around anything, we have said we currently have no plans for a Switch 2 version. There's nothing more that we can tell you, its not in the plans right now.
It’s sad how you guys act like you care about the Nintendo Switch/Nintendo Switch 2 community. The Nintendo Switch version of Dead By Daylight is not capable of running the future graphical update on a regular Nintendo Switch. There needs to be a Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game if there’s any chance for the future graphical update to be able to run without issues, and for the possibility of 60 FPS. Otherwise, you guys are essentially indicating that you’re not going to support the Nintendo Switch long-term, as the Nintendo Switch 2 is the newest Nintendo console. Please stop saying you guys aren’t dodging the question. The Nintendo Switch 2 came out over a year ago, and there’s been no update on a Nintendo Switch 2 version. It seems to me that you guys are just hoping people will stop asking about a Nintendo Switch 2 version, or that they’ll give up on wanting it. I think it’s an extremely scummy thing from a greedy company that’s known for not fixing player issues. Especially console issues, like how the Vic Viper charm doesn’t unlock due to how the menu layout and button layouts are on console as opposed to on PC. Players like myself have invested a lot of money and time into Dead by Daylight on the Nintendo Switch. We just want a version of the game that’s up to par with the other versions, and that will be capable of running the future graphical update, as well as 60 FPS.
