It also depends on what killer you go against.
Some do use aura reading perks or addons. You need to watch some killer gameplay or play it yourself to understand what you can all see. Blight can see auras when bouncing, Billy or Bubba when they use their chainsaw, Wraith while cloaked, Doctor when he shocks...
I see a lot of survs who seem to not know that they make explosions when they fast vault or leave obvious scratch marks to follow. Also sometimes i can just see them as killer when they go to their rock to hide.
As i said - it is difficult sometimes :-(
Thank you for your input, even though I used all of your advice I’m still being tunnelled and camped. Do you think it’s because I want to main Dwight? It never happens when I’m playing Mikaela or Vittorio. Anyways thanks for the perk ideas and strategies.

Even if it sounds kinda dumb - don´t get found first. There are some stealth perks which can help if a killer for example runs lethal pursuer to see survs at the start. Like Jeffs Distortion. Light Weight to leave fewer scratch marks.
Good killers also know where common spawn points are.
Don´t run immediately at the start of the match, change direction after a few seconds (for lethal pursuer). And just hide when you hear the killer coming - after moving a bit from your spawn point.
I really like your recommendations, but for some reason when I do hide the killers just lock on to me, even though I hid before the terror radius started. I try my absolute hardest to not get hit while in chase, but when I do go down after what should have been at least a two gen chase, I get camped and tunnelled.
