It's a simple idea in practice, but you have to remember that any time the survivors have to add anything to their list of things they need to deal with, it becomes an absolute tragedy so the Devs won't do it because of the 4-1 ratio of making little babies happy.
And to anyone thinking of arguing the point, I rest my case at the Exhaustion fix; sorry, "Nerf".

Let's be honest: The flashlight is supposed to be a timed risk, not a guaranteed save. You need to be in the right place, at the right time in order to get the blind off and get them off the shoulder. But part of that isn't being able to run from halfway across the map with sprint burst to get into position.
And before you say you have no way of knowing where someone will go down: Bond and Empathy both exist, and Empathy can be used to scout from across the map as soon as they take the first hit. It's entirely plausible and feasible to be in the right place when the killers go for the pickup. It's legit time survivors learn that there are consequences to actions too, not just always free benefits.

If survivors get Agency to say what killers can, and can't do, then by default I get agency to say what survivors are permitted to do. So henceforth: No more doing generators, opening chests, going within 3 feet of any pallet, no looping, no crouch walking, no objectives at all.
Basically, from now on you just have to stand there and die. Or, this tired rhetoric of killer has to play how survivors want can go away. We owe survivors absolutely nothing. Get over it, play the game, and win or lose based on skill, luck, whatever you want to call it.

There is nothing more satisfying then stepping around the corner as Michaels and hauling that survivor to your play pen.

You make a fair point too.

Survivors are little babies that legit scream when they can't win. Laugh in their faces in end-game lobby, shake your head a little at the status of adults, and exit the end of game screen. You will trigger another screaming fit that will be lost to the void forever, but you'll have the comfort of knowing will exist because you took away their chance to verbally bash you with no viable basis. They hate that crap. You should have to sit there and listen to their self-righteous bull-crap.

I'm okay with your suggestion to nerf killers if they make it so that any time a survivor is near a generator, the generator regresses instead of progresses, and the only way to complete a generator is to stand inside the killer radius.
That doesn't sound fun for the survivors. Sounds great to me as a killer. It's almost like survivors aren't entitled to any more than they already have, and the fact they still want more to be done to killers should start being applied to the survivors as nerfs so they understand exactly what it's like to be so brutally under-powered that they can't win unless the killer attacks walls for the whole game.
