On ps4 there used to be a bug where it wouldn't let you leave. Like you would go past the exit gates but you wouldn't escape you still had complete control over your character but the killer wouldn't be able to get to you. It was when I first started playing and I tried Billy, knocked down 2 at the end and had them on hooks when I chased the other 2 out, then I zoomed across the map waiting for them to die. They got saved and all got out, the entity finally let them leave lol.
