• Just had this happen to me. I was playing against a hag on pantry swamp map. She couldn't find a hook so I had wiggled 80%, she dropped me, picked me back up and my bar was 100% full and I was hitting greats for a good 10 meters before we got to a hook.

• I'm having the same issue, I play on Steam/PC. I even verified the files to see if that would help.

• It really depends on the situation, if there's no gens done and the killer has already gotten hooks then gens need to be prioritized but if you can get away with healing someone without hurting for gen progress then always heal.

This bug happend a while ago to me and I was so glad to hear it got fixed in the bug fix patch 5.7.1:

Fixed an issue that caused succeeding an unhook attempt right before transitioning to the struggle phase to be instantly sacrificed on a subsequent hooking.

Unfortunately, it either was never fixed or has returned once again :(

Seems like the best possibility. Thank you!

• I had to open the Hooked on You game and there's an option on the main screen that sends you to a url where you get the code to redeem in the DBD store. I don't know if there is another way to get the code.
