STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Running this build (I think blood rush triggers it, not the rest of the combination), when using blood rush while being exhausted, I get the sprint burst as I'm supposed to. Then midchase every couple of seconds, I get a random sprint burst. I think it might be every 24 seconds, so when the exhaustion would end if I wasn't running. It lasts until my exhaustion runs out, then I'm back to how sprint burst is supposed to work and doesn't give you random bursts.
